• All design proposals are evaluated through Life Cycle Assesment to confirm that they generate a positive impact in all phases of the asset’s life cycle balancing both embodied and operational CO2e.
• We monitor each indicator in the different phases of the design and building’s life cycle, including the asset’s use after construction.

04 Validating

• We support in communicating and demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and the achievement of established goals through certifications that enhance the project or asset’s value.
